Dark Chocolate Caramelized Almond Crunch Mousse Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 100g Mapro Dark Chocolate (for crunch layer).
2 1/2 cup chopped almonds.
3 1/4 cup sugar.
4 200g Mapro Dark Chocolate (for mousse).
5 1 cup heavy cream.
6 1 packet chocolate biscuit crumbs.
7 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions:
1 Crunch Layer:Caramelize almonds with sugar and butter. Mix with melted Mapro Dark Chocolate and let cool.
2 Cake Base:Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pan. Refrigerate to set.
3 Mousse:Melt chocolate, whip cream, and fold them together. Add vanilla.
4 Assemble:Spread crunch layer on the cake base, then top with mousse. Chill for 4-6 hours.
5 Decorate:Top with caramelized almonds and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:
1100g Mapro Dark Chocolate (chopped).
2 1 cup all-purpose flour.
3 1/2 cup sugar.
4 1/2 tsp baking powder.
5 1/4 tsp baking soda.
6 1/4 tsp salt.
7 1/2 cup milk.
8 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
9 1 large egg.
10 1 tsp vanilla extract.
For the Caramelized Almond Crunch:
1 1/2 cup almonds (chopped).
2 1/4 cup sugar.
3 1 tbsp butter.
For the Frosting:
1 100g Mapro Dark Chocolate (melted).
2 1/2 cup heavy cream.
3 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
4 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
2 Make the Caramelized Almond Crunch: Melt butter, add sugar, and cook until golden. Stir in chopped almonds, cook for 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool and break into small pieces.
3 Prepare the Cupcake Batter: Melt the Mapro Dark Chocolate. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in one bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (milk, oil, egg, vanilla).
4 Bake the Cupcakes: Fill liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let them cool completely.
5 Prepare the Frosting: Heat cream, pour over melted chocolate, stir in powdered sugar and vanilla for a smooth frosAssemble the Cupcakes Frost cooled cupcakes, then top with caramelized almond crunch.
