Ingredients:
1 200g Mapro Extra Dark Chocolate 80% Cocoa Bars (chopped).
2 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
3 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener of choice).
4 3 eggs.
5 1 cup all-purpose flour.
6 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
7 1/2 tsp baking powder.
8 1/4 tsp salt.
9 1 tsp vanilla extract.
10 1/4 cup milk (or as needed).
11 1/2 cup chopped almonds (optional, for topping).
Instructions:
1 Preheat Oven: Heat to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking dish.
2 Melt Chocolate: Melt Mapro Extra Dark Chocolate and butter together. Set aside to cool.
3 Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4 Combine: Add melted chocolate mixture to wet ingredients and mix.
5 Add Dry Ingredients: Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold into the wet mixture. Add milk if needed.
6 Bake: Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle almonds (optional). Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

2 1/2 cup unsalted butter

6 1/2 tsp baking powder
7 1/4 tsp baking soda
8 1/4 tsp salt
9 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 1/2 cup milk
11 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper cups for 12 muffins.
2 Melt the Chocolate: Chop the Mapro Extra Dark Chocolate, melt it with butter using a microwave or double boiler, then allow it to cool.
3 Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
