9 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional).
10 Pinch of salt.
Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cake pan.
2 Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, then mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
3 Stir in milk, vanilla, kiwi, and lemon juice.
4 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done. Cool and serve!
