White Chocolate Kesar Badam Pista Mithai

White Kesar, Badam, and Pista Bar Kulfi Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1 cup full-fat milk.
2 1/2 cup condensed milk.
3 1/4 cup Mapro Kesar Syrup (or saffron in warm milk).
4 200g Mapro White Chocolate Bar with Kesar, Badam, Pista (chopped).
5 1/4 cup chopped badam (almonds).
6 1/4 cup chopped pista (pistachios).
7 1/2 cup fresh cream.
8 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional).
9 1 tbsp ghee.
10 Chopped nuts for garnish.

Instructions:

1 Prepare Saffron Milk: Soak saffron in warm milk or use Mapro Kesar Syrup.
2 Heat Milk: Boil 1 cup milk and add condensed milk, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3 Melt Chocolate: Melt Mapro White Chocolate with ghee.
4 Combine Mixtures: Add saffron milk to boiled milk, then mix in melted chocolate.
5 Add Nuts & Cream: Stir in chopped almonds, pistachios, and fresh cream. Add cardamom powder if desired.
6 Freeze: Pour mixture into molds and freeze for 6-8 hours.
7 Serve & Garnish: Unmold the kulfi, garnish with extra nuts, and enjoy!

White Kesar, Badam, Pista Bar Lassi Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1 cup yogurt (fresh or Greek yogurt).
2 1/2 cup milk (full-fat for extra creaminess).
3 1/4 cup Mapro Kesar Syrup (or saffron strands soaked in warm milk).
4 200g Mapro White Chocolate Bar with Kesar, Badam, and Pista (chopped).
5 1/4 cup chopped badam (almonds).
6 1/4 cup chopped pista (pistachios).
7 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust as per taste).
8 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional).
9 Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler drink).
10 Chopped nuts for garnish.

Instructions:

1 Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt 200g of Mapro White Chocolate Bar with Kesar, Badam, and Pista using a double boiler or microwave in intervals of 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
2 Mix with Milk: Add 1/2 cup of milk to the melted chocolate and stir well. This will help create a creamy base for the lassi.
3 Blend the Lassi
Blend the Yogurt: In a blender, add 1 cup of yogurt, Mapro Kesar Syrup (or saffron milk), cardamom powder, and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth.
Add the Milk Chocolate Mix: Pour in the melted white chocolate and milk mixture from  into the blender. Blend again to combine all the ingredients.
5 Add the Nuts
Add Chopped Nuts: Add chopped badam (almonds) and pista (pistachios) into the blender and pulse once or twice to mix them in. These will give a pleasant crunch to the lassi.
6 Serve:
Add Ice (Optional): If you like your lassi cold and refreshing, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish: Pour the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with additional chopped pistachios and almonds for a festive touch.
