Whole strawberry jam recipe
This decadent dessert is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The creamy mascarpone filling is topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry jam, all nestled in a flaky pastry crust.
Ingredients You’d Need
- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup whole strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mascarpone filling over the cooled pastry crust. Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with additional strawberry jam.
- Serve immediately.
