The Chocolate Story!
1
Farm fresh
Cocoa beans are first cleaned and then roasted to bring out the characteristic chocolate aroma and desired colour.
2
Grinding
They are then grinded, giving us a rich, smooth paste, cocoa liquor. Liquor is then taken through a hydraulic press during which the cocoa butter is separated and the cake that remains is used to make the cocoa powder.
3
Blending
The cocoa powder is blended with whole milk powder, whey powder and other quality ingredients.
4
Ready To Go!
The blend is then processed and bottled up.
